Tails Practice

I animated Tails in Flash~ Because I needed more things to make to practice with this program and I decided to use Tails.

I do realize the arm movement is kinda random. I kinda wanted him to bounce up and down and his arms would move with that but I was having problems with the legs bending and stuff. If I can figure it out I'll update this later.
